We cannot confirm a leak, its cause, or its exact spot from a call, a photo, or this site. Words here point at things to check. Tests at your pool give the proof.

Emergencies Come First

For fast flooding, shut off the pump and the water if it is safe, then call for help. Never treat this site, or a routine call, as your first move in an emergency.

Every Pool Is Different

Age, shell, soil, sun, and pipe runs all change how a leak acts. Past jobs and sample stories here do not promise the same result, time, or fix at your home.

Our Tools Have Limits

Each test answers one kind of question. Sound can travel along a pipe. Dye shows flow at one spot only. We read the tests as a set, and we tell you what each one can and cannot show.
